ZAV is the international department of Germany’s Federal Employment Agency and member of EURES (European Employment Services) - the European cooperation network of employment services, designed to facilitate free movement of workers within the EU.
We offer consultation and job placement for candidates from abroad assisting them along their professional path to Germany. Citizens of the EU may also receive financial support to foster their integration to Germany (i.e. refund for travelling costs to job interviews, language courses and relocation).
Together with EURES Cyprus, the University of Cyprus and the European University Cyprus, we established a mobility project for young computer scientists who would like to gain some first work experience abroad or who would like to take on a permanent position in Germany.
