To log in using the ‘online ID card’ access type and individual ‘EU identities’, you need two devices: a computer with the AusweisApp and a smartphone with the AusweisApp installed or an ID card reader.

To use the BundID procedure, you need a computer as a device for logging in using the ‘ELSTER certificate’ access type and individual ‘EU identities’.

On the respective eServices and on the login page, you have the option of logging in with your BundID. If you choose to do so, you will be redirected to the BundID page. There you can log in with the option of your choice – preferably with your online ID card. You will then be redirected back to the Federal Employment Agency website, where you can use the eService you require.
