For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Your responsibilities:

The jobholder will work as Secretary - Assistant VP (Vice President) Aerostructure Procurement Airframe Work Package.

+++ This position is limited for 6 months +++

  • Manages calendars / agendas as well as plans and coordinates meetings & visits (with relevant resources and documents)
  • Organizes logistics for events (seminars, workshops, team boosters, exhibitions, etc.)
  • Arranges travels and follow-up expenses
  • Deals with enquiries, prioritizes, forwards and follows-up
  • Manages Mail processing, correspondence, filing
  • Follows up and controls some budget lines linked to office management
  • On Boarding / Off Boarding of team members and organizes moves
  • Office Management
  • Collaborates closely with his/her Top level manager (L3) and 2 local support managers (L4)
  • Handles international contacts with people at all levels
  • Communicates with key high level contacts (internal and external)Works within multi-national and trans-functional context
  • Supports the teams for administrative / IT topics
  • Interact with international suppliers and external parties and mintains strict confidentiality of sensitive material at all times
Personal requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers at all levels and communicate
  • The ability and willingness to adapt to a multicultural work environment
  • Professional, friendly and customer focused personality
vocational training:
  • Industrial clerk with at least vocational training with long-term experience Experience or
  • Office communications clerk with a minimum of vocational training and a long-term qualification.
  • Experience or Commercial training at least vocational training with a long term. Experience
Professional experience:
  • Assistance for at least 3 years
  • Commercial clerk for at least 3 years
  • Secretariat/assistant for at least 3 years
IT:
  • MS Office at least in-depth application knowledge
  • Google Workspace is an advantage
further qualifications:
  • Airbus experience is an advantage
Language Skills:
  • German at least well versed
  • At least business fluent in English
