You'll make an impact by

  • You strategically align the inside sales program roadmap with overarching marketing and business strategies, ensuring maximum impact across all regions.
  • Building on this, you operationally coordinate and manage global sales campaigns, including overseeing the development and deployment of content for Inside Sales teams to guarantee consistent execution worldwide.
  • You take on a key role in project management, ensuring that all campaign activities are planned, executed, and tracked efficiently across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • With a specific focus on employee enablement, you develop and curate digital content that supports Inside Sales staff and drives engagement and competence development.
  • You manage the creation and distribution of customer-facing materials, leveraging digital tools and platforms as well as social media channels to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
  • Additionally, you are responsible for the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation to publication, ensuring that all materials meet both marketing and sales objectives.
  • Subsequently, you continuously monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and leverage insights to refine strategies and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Additionally, you integrate feedback from regional teams and training initiatives to enhance content quality and optimize execution mechanisms for program expansion.

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: You have a Master's degree with several years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree with extensive professional experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training with advanced qualification and many years of broad professional experience.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • At least 5 years of experience in campaign management or sales operations, ideally with a strong project management component
    • Demonstrated proficiency in digital tools, sales enablement platforms, and social media for both internal and external communications
    • Proven track record in content creation, including the development of digital content for employee enablement and customer outreach
    • Marketing and Sales Background: You possess a deep understanding of integrated marketing and sales strategies for B2B environments
    • Strong analytical skills in performance monitoring, data-driven optimization, and project management
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a structured approach to project execution
  • Languages: Excellent English skills are required, additional language skills are an advantage
