Location: Southern Spain
Experience: 2–10 years
Neilsoft is a global engineering and digital transformation partner with more than 1,500 employees worldwide. We support clients across the construction, process, and manufacturing industries in making their projects more efficient, smarter, and digitally advanced.
To strengthen our European presence, we are establishing a new delivery hub in Southern Spain. For this location, we are looking for a Project Engineer (m/f/d) with strong AutoCAD skills to support international engineering projects and ensure high-quality technical documentation.
Your Responsibilities
•Communication with the Client and the Engineering Team in India
Coordinate and support multidisciplinary engineering projects across Europe
• Create, update, and manage technical drawings and layouts in AutoCAD based on project standards
• Support project scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking
• Perform quality checks to ensure design accuracy and compliance with internal and client requirements
• Contribute to process optimization and ensure consistency across project deliverables
Your Profile
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Architecture, Construction Technology)
• 2–10 years of experience in engineering design, project coordination, or construction planning
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency — confident in creating detailed 2D plans and technical layouts
• Confident with MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Fluent English (required); German and/or Spanish is an advantage
• Proactive, reliable, structured, and a team player with a solution-oriented mindset
