• Posting internal and external job advertisements
• Reviewing incoming applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assessment centers
• Organizing flight journey or an accommodation for candidates
• Verifying the incoming resumes and job applications
• Conducting phone screenings or assessing skills based on their recorded video interviews
• Answersing general questions regarding processes

• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

• Bachelor degree desirable / Master degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies will be an asset
• German & English min. B2 level
• Basic command of MS Office
