  • Being a servant leader and coach for an Agile team who facilitates team events and processes and supports teams in delivering value, helping educate the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban and ensuring that the agreed Agile processes are followed.
  • Supporting and facilitating team events such as Backlog Refinements, Plannings, Retrospective and Reviews.
  • Encouraging collaboration not only within the team but also with the other teams in organization (Facilitate cross-team collaboration).
  • Removing impediments and resolving team conflicts.
  • Building High-Performing Teams with measuring and optimizing performance.

Ihr Profil:

The must-have knowledge for this position includes:

  • Scrum and Kanban: deep understanding of both methodologies and being able to apply them effectively.
  • Technical background: essential to support the DevOps team.
  • Release management: experience with release management practices and principles.
  • Cloud administration: - knowledge of cloud administration, particularly Azure and GCP, is crucial.
  • CI/CD solutions: familiarity with CI/CD solutions and understanding how they can be used to improve efficiency.
  • Release automation: experience with release automation is important for this role.
  • DevOps practices - understanding DevOps practices and how they can be used to improve collaboration and efficiency.
  • Communication skills: the candidate will need to facilitate communication within the team, making strong interpersonal skills a must.
