The Pool Balancing Manager (PBM) is responsible for:
Act as central contact to assigned customers and towards internal LHT interfaces for all matters regarding the return of material
Evaluate customer feedback for material returns and process content into LHT systems
Monitor customers material account, perform quality checks and keep bookings current
Conduct analysis and cross check between LHT and customer material booking data
Ensure synchronous material booking status with customer data and returns
Develop customers to avoid material overstock and late return of material. Identify failures, develop measures and track effectiveness for optimization
Monitor processes independently according to guidelines and procedures
Support process improvement
Work with various systems, such as SAP, t/track, etc.
Work in accordance with component service contracts and LHTs Quality Management System
Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed
Handle special assignments and projects
Ihr Profil:
The ideal Pool Balancing Manager (PBM) should meet the following requirements:
A-level/High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
University degree or degree from higher education institution
Experience in technical customer service, logistics and/or material management, preferably within aviation industry
Advanced economical and technical knowledge
Proficient in customer service, logistics and/or material management
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken
German language knowledge - nice to have
Expertise in IT systems (MS Office, SAP R/3)
Knowledge in aviation related IT systems (e.g. AMOS, TRAX, SAP Business Integrated Warehouse)
High level of service ability and customer orientation
Strong analytical skills and ability for structuring/planning/disposal of complex Workflows
Clear oral and written expression
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
