Stellenbeschreibung

The Engineering Support Specialist is responsible for:

  • Analyzes technical documentation and data, ensuring accurate transfer into IT systems and configuration records
  • Maintains and updates the airworthiness status of the DLH/OCN fleet, monitoring components and ensuring compliance with authority and OEM requirements
  • Identifies and resolves incomplete or faulty data, initiating corrective and preventive actions to ensure reliable records
  • Coordinates with engineering, maintenance, and key users to align configuration status and support operational needs
  • Conducts quality checks against KPIs and drives continuous improvement in configuration management processes
  • Participate in other duties as assigned

Ihr Profil:

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • High vocational degree/certificate with technical background in aviation maintenance or engineering
  • Min. 3 years’ experience with aircraft systems, maintenance documentation & programs
  • Experience in aviation maintenance or engineering environments
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation technology is an advantage
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems & MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required
  • Understanding of aircraft maintenance processes
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail & high responsibility
  • Initiative, ability to work independently & in multi-site teams
  • Effective communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
