Stellenbeschreibung
The Engineering Support Specialist is responsible for:
- Analyzes technical documentation and data, ensuring accurate transfer into IT systems and configuration records
- Maintains and updates the airworthiness status of the DLH/OCN fleet, monitoring components and ensuring compliance with authority and OEM requirements
- Identifies and resolves incomplete or faulty data, initiating corrective and preventive actions to ensure reliable records
- Coordinates with engineering, maintenance, and key users to align configuration status and support operational needs
- Conducts quality checks against KPIs and drives continuous improvement in configuration management processes
- Participate in other duties as assigned
Ihr Profil:
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High vocational degree/certificate with technical background in aviation maintenance or engineering
- Min. 3 years’ experience with aircraft systems, maintenance documentation & programs
- Experience in aviation maintenance or engineering environments
- In-depth knowledge of aviation technology is an advantage
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems & MS Office
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance processes
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail & high responsibility
- Initiative, ability to work independently & in multi-site teams
- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
