Stellenbeschreibung

Successfully completed university degree (masters and/or PhD) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field
Practical experience with scientific data analyses and the relevant tools
Knowledge in scientific federated computing environments
Practical experience in Python or any modern programming language
Experience with research software engineering practices (git, unit testing, containers)
First experience with HPC / code optimization is desirable
Experience with experimental research methods for universe and matter is a plus
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Autonomous working methods and abilities to conceptualize software related research work
Ability to conduct interdisciplinary research and software projects
