Soldering operator

Working as as soldering operator at Benchmark means making solder joints, both mechanically as manually.

As a solder operator at Benchmark you are responsible for manually placing components on prints. When necessary you check, and touch-up, prints. Your experience and skills help you on a daily basis to make additional or changed connections.

Your tasks are, amongst others:

· Visually checking the PCB with the help of digital instructions and technical drawings

· Determining the process, together with manufacturing engineers, for (process) parameters for the series

· Identifying deviations from the predetermined standards

· Soldering, touch-op and outcoming goods inspection

You will work with different kind of toolings, such as: soldering iron, hot plates and/or dryers. It is a very precise job where you will be working via a microscope or dynascope.

What do we ask of you?

· Experience as a soldering operator or experience with a micro-soldering.

· Being able to work very precise and accurate.

· Being able to read and follow technical drawings/work instructions.

· Good knowledge of either the Dutch or English language.
