This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR lifecycle processes and events.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Support the planning and execution of HR events, such as training sessions, development workshops, and change management sessions
• Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing orientation programs
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a related field – ideally a completed Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both English and German
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
