DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Verantwortung für verschiedene Stationen im Küchenbereich, sowie nach Bedarf Alleinverantwortung für die Frühstücksküche

• Zubereitung von Speisen nach Hotelstandard, gegebenenfalls vor dem Gast (Live Stationen)
• Annahmen und Lagerung von Lieferungen
• Hygienisches Arbeiten

• Preparation of dishes according to hotel standard, at times in front of the guest (live cooking)
• Receiving and storing of deliveries
• responsible for hygiene and cleanliness at the work station

DAS BRINGST DU MIT / WHAT YOU BRING

• Ausbildung als Koch von Vorteil - Quereinsteiger sowie ungelernte Kräfte je nach Erfahrung willkommen
• Leidenschaft für Gastronomie & Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
• Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ein gepflegtes Auftreten
• Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Abendarbeit

• Formal training as a chef beneficial - career path changers or untrained staff depending on experience welcome
• Passion for gastronomy & enjoyment of working with people
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and a well-groomed appearance
• Good knowledge of German or English
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings
