For our tech team we are looking for a Software Developer (f/m/d) with a strong focus on AI, who is going to support our team build an AI-powered IT service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with both engineering and product teams to integrate our AI-powered platform into customer-facing tools and user-centric solutions balancing speed with quality.

What you can expect in this role

• Design, build, and optimize AI models that drive automation and smarter decision-making for IT operations.
• Develop and integrate APIs for AI agents and backend systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI techniques to improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Make key technical decisions on model architecture, training infrastructure, and AI best practices.

Your essential experience and education

• Experience in AI/ML engineering: hands-on with training, deploying, and optimizing models in production.
• Strong skills in Python and Java
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and modern API development.
• Exposure to working with large datasets and deploying models at scale.
• Ability to collaborate with a track record of working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompting, model distillation, or AI agents is preferred.
