iOS/Android Mobile App Developer (m/f/d)

Full-time, permanent. Start remote possible; relocation to Germany within 3–6 months (post-probation). Location: Lindau (Lake Constance).

About us

We are urobots GmbH from Germany and we develop TravelBoast, a consumer travel app focused on travel route animation and sharing via social media. The app has been live for more than 5 years and is used worldwide with over 20 million downloads.

Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer (iOS & Android). 

Responsibilities

• Develop new features in iOS and Android apps.
• Improve architecture and performance, bugfixing.
• Work closely with design and QA/testing.
• Participate in code reviews, technical decisions.

You bring

• 3+ years of mobile development experience with track record (work or personal projects).
• Experience improving apps performance, debugging, and reducing crashes.
• Strong skills in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Engineering fundamentals (maintainable code, clean architecture).

Nice to have

• Knowledge in 3d Programming (SceneKit, libgdx, etc).
• Hands-on experience with map SDKs (e.g., Google Maps / Mapbox / MapKit).
• Knowledge of routing/graph fundamentals (e.g., graphs, geometry).
