For our team in Kiel, we are looking for a technical employee (m/f/d) to support the areas of technical office, purchasing and materials management.

This position combines technical understanding, CAD work and material management.

Your Responsibilities

You will work at the interface between engineering, purchasing, production, warehouse and material supply, ensuring that materials, bills of materials, technical documentation and storage locations are complete and up to date.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Creating and maintaining purchase orders based on bills of materials
• Preparing and maintaining manufacturing documentation for production
• Material planning and order processing within the ERP system
• Obtaining and comparing supplier quotations
• Coordinating orders and delivery schedules
• Supporting material planning for production and assembly
• Creating and adjusting technical drawings and assemblies in CAD (e.g. Inventor) if qualified
• Processing incoming goods including inspection, inventory management and outgoing checks
• Assisting with the implementation of a production planning and ERP system

Your Profile

A technical understanding and a structured, careful working style are essential. You do not need to have experience in all areas.

Typical backgrounds include for example:

• Technical product designer
• Technical draftsman
• Technical purchaser
• Work preparation / technical office
• Industrial clerk with technical understanding
• Or a comparable qualification

Ideally you also bring:

• Experience with ERP systems or materials management
• CAD skills (e.g. Inventor or comparable 3D CAD software)
• Technical understanding of mechanical assemblies
• Good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Basic English skills
