We are a German agency which gives young people the opportunity to experience

life abroad and gain new experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to

join our young, dynamic recruitment team in Freising (25 minutes from Munich) as

part of a work placement lasting 6 months.

About us:

We have been running for over 28 years and place young German people in foreign

countries as well as foreign youths here in German host families. We offer the Au Pair

and Demi Pair programs in many different countries all over Europe as well as

Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, China, Chile, Canada and the US. Our services

also include language courses across the world, Volunteering in South Africa, South

America and Asia, various Internship Programs in England, Ireland, Australia and

New Zealand and even Work and Travel placements in New Zealand, Australia,

England, Ireland, Iceland, Chile and Canada.

Duties required:

The tasks to be carried out are:

 Checking new application files of candidates to assess their suitability for their

chosen role (Au Pair, Camp Counsellor, Volunteer, Work and Traveler.) This

involves reading introduction letters and checking that applications are

complete.

 Carrying out interviews with candidates.

 Calling all references of an applicant to check their validity.

 Answering the telephone whenever needed and advising applicants on their

applications.

 General office tasks such as scanning, photocopying and dealing with the post.

 Helping with translations of important documents whenever needed.

 Helping to develop new programs for the agency to offer.

 Being in contact with foreign partner agencies worldwide and helping in the

matching process.

 Most tasks will be carried out in German so a good command of the language

would be helpful.

Skills needed:

 Ability to work well with clients and colleagues, always having a friendly

manner.

 Ability to use common sense and be analytical when proof reading applications.

 Intermediate, good German and English skills.

 Having a punctual and professional work ethic.

Dates:

We are looking for somebody to start an internship from mid or end of August 2026

for a duration of six months till February 2027.

Salary and paid holiday:

The monthly salary will be EUR 800 and paid at the end of every month.
