Du kennst Photoshop-Philipp nicht, aber hast schon angefangen, in Photoshop einen Philipp neben dich zu bauen? Opti - lösungsorientiert brauchen wir. Wir suchen **ab sofort und fortlaufend **eine weitere Instanz für die Projektleitung in unserer Post-Produktion in Hamburg oder Berlin. Hier realisierst du back to back mit unseren Producer:innen und Creatives eine Bandbreite an Projekten, berätst unsere Kund:innen bei Entscheidungen und unterstützt die Kalkulationen all der (almost) magic tricks, die einen Film am Ende einfach nice machen. Und du sorgst natürlich dafür, dass deine fellow Zauberer:innen nicht die absolute Vollkrise bekommen!

You don't know Photoshop-Philipp, but have already started to build a Philipp next to you in Photoshop? We need Opti - solution-oriented. We are looking for another project manager for our post-production department in Hamburg or Berlin. Here you will work back to back with our producers and creatives to realize a wide range of projects, advise our clients on decisions and support the calculations of all the (almost) magic tricks that make a film simply nice in the end. And, of course, you make sure that your fellow magicians don't have an absolute meltdown!

Skillset Checklist

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im medialen / filmischen Bereich
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Joberfahrung im medialen / filmischen Bereich
• Vertraut mit der Creative Cloud, DaVinci & Basic 3D Workflows
• Langjähriger Fan von Ordnerstrukturen und Versionslisten. Let’s be real: Listen und Strukturen in all ihren Formen <3
• Netzwerk an Editoren, Online Artists, Coloristen und weiteren Zauberer:innen
• Lösungsorientiertes Denken und gewissenhafter Umgang mit Ressourcen - organisatorisch und menschlich
• Hands-On Mentalität
• Empathie als Superkraft
• Entwicklung eigener Workflows
• Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift

• Completed training or studies in the media / film industry
• At least 1 year of work experience in the media / film sector
• Familiar with Creative Cloud, DaVinci & basic 3D workflows
• Longtime fan of folder structures and version lists. Let's be real: lists and structures in all their forms <3
• Network of editors, online artists, colorists and other wizards
• Solution-oriented thinking and conscientious use of resources - organizational and human
• Hands-on mentality
• Empathy as a superpower
• Development of own workflows
• German & English spoken and written
