Project Coordinator (m/f/d) – Logistics & Supply Chain

Location: Hamburg
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Target Group: Logistics Professionals, Freight Forwarding Specialists, Students, and Recent Graduates in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our international logistics and project cargo operations. The ideal candidate has initial experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management and is fluent in both English and Chinese. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing complex transportation projects within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute operational transportation orders while monitoring delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Arrange and manage transport, warehousing, and other freight forwarding services through external service providers and logistics partners.
• Regularly monitor, track, and support the movement of project cargo throughout the transportation process.
• Coordinate with international customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide status updates to relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Degree, ongoing studies, or vocational training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or a related field.
• First practical experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Fluent English and Chinese language skills
