Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative affairs of the institute, including procurement of office supplies, travel arrangements, German–Chinese translation, maintenance of fixed assets, and front desk and meeting reception.
  2. Financial Support: Organize and upload original accounting documents into the local DATEV accounting system in Germany; conduct account reconciliation and document sorting; complete reimbursement and payment requests in the internal finance system.
  3. Document and Policy Management: Assist with archiving and maintaining various company records; translate, file, and update administrative and financial documents.
  4. External Communication and Support Coordination: Support communication and liaison with external vendors, banks, and tax authorities; assist in cross-functional coordination among finance, HR, and office administration departments.
  5. Internal Coordination within China–Europe Teams: Support internal communication within the China–Europe team to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Qualification Requirements:

  1. Master’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
  2. Proven record in administration and finance/tax-related roles.
  3. Proficiency in DATEV and common office software (MS Office, etc.).
  4. Excellent German and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken.
  5. Familiarity with German accounting and financial systems, with the ability to work independently.
  6. Experience in intercultural working environments and strong teamwork skills are an advantage.
