The NATO Headquarters Allied Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC) in Ulm is part of one of the world's most important security alliances. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Staff Assistant Conference Services (VTC) (m/w/d)
What tasks will you be responsible for in particular?
• Support JSEC HQ personnel in operating of VTC and IT Systems in Conference and VTC rooms (no administration).
• Operates the IT and VTC systems for conferences, workshops, events, meetings and visits.
• Support preparation and execution of activities which require VTC, Briefing Rooms or other locations in and outside from JSEC, such as change room layouts or arrange Conference setups.
• Routine admin and service activities for JSEC Meetings, Conference and VTC rooms including outside activities.
• General office work.
What should you bring with you?
• Secondary education and completed vocational training in a building / facility management related area.
• Proven job-related knowledge acquired through at least one year job related experience. Technical understanding related to IT and VTC operation. Proven user knowledge.
• Familiarity with common IT Software such as MS Office.
• Driving licence equivalent to European class B.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and German.
• You can provide evidence of a current Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2) security clearance, or you must be willing to participate in an extended security clearance process in accordance with the Security Clearance Act. Successful completion of the security clearance is mandatory to take up duty for the advertised position.
• Citizenship from one of the 32 NATO member countries.
