  • You will ensure that CIAM capabilities comply with relevant security, privacy, and regulatory standards while balancing customer convenience with robust identity and access management practices
  • By staying informed about emerging CIAM trends, technologies, and industry standards, you will identify innovation opportunities and drive continuous improvements in platform scalability, resilience, and overall customer experience

Professional Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong IT focus
  • You bring proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable agile role and have a strong understanding of CIAM, including authentication, authorization, and identity management processes
  • You are experienced in translating complex business, technical, security, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and customer-centric solutions
  • You are familiar with agile product delivery practices and backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Ideally, you have experience with leading CIAM platforms and identity standards (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2), as well as knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements
  • Experience working in regulated industries and/or on large-scale customer-facing digital platforms is considered an advantage
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English

Personal Competencies:

  • You combine a strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance user experience, security, and business requirements
  • An analytical and structured approach enables you to solve complex challenges and make well-founded decisions
  • You are skilled at managing competing priorities and navigating complex stakeholder environments effectively
  • Through your strong communication and collaboration skills, you build trust and foster productive partnerships across cross-functional and international teams
  • You demonstrate ownership, proactively drive topics forward, and contribute to achieving shared goals

Benefits:

  • Company pension scheme
  • Mobility benefits, e.g., the B. Braun Job Ticket or Job Bike
