• Frameworks & Governance: You develop compensation and benefits principles, frameworks, processes and governance standards aligned with business and HR requirements.
• Compensation Processes: You manage recurring compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking and remuneration analyses.
• Job Architecture: You design job architecture, grading, salary structures and related decision criteria to support internal consistency and market competitiveness.
• Data Analysis: You analyze compensation, benefits, workforce and cost data and translate findings into clear recommendations for HR and business stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: You optimize compensation- and benefits-related processes, controls, templates and digital workflows to improve quality, efficiency and transparency.
• Project Leadership: You lead cross-functional compensation, benefits and process improvement projects, including timelines, risks, deliverables and implementation.
• Stakeholder Advisory: You advise HR and business stakeholders on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring consistent application of frameworks and processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: You coordinate with HR Systems, Finance, Legal, Payroll and external partners to ensure compliant processes, reliable data and effective implementation.

Profile:

• Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional Experience: You bring several years of experience in compensation, benefits, grading, benchmarking or related HR processes.
• Project Management: You have a proven track record in independently managing cross-functional projects and translating data into practical solutions.
• Technical Skills: You are proficient in advanced Excel, bring strong analytical skills and sound compensation and benefits expertise.
• Communication Skills: You are fluent in German and English and comfortable presenting topics to diverse stakeholders across different languages.
• Personality: You demonstrate cooperation, initiative, entrepreneurial action, the ability to handle complexity and effective communication.
