IT-Support (GN)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Providing technical support, assistance, and installations for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware - using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Promptly creating, resolving, and documenting tickets in the ticketing system
• Onboarding and coaching users across multiple sites, branches, and production facilities
• Support on projects
• Go-to point of contact for Bona’s IT staff within your area of responsibility
• Responsibility for staying up to date on technology and market trends

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT - or comparable, relevant professional experience in a mid-sized company
• Project management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong team mindset, excellent organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility
• Structured, detail-oriented work style
• Willingness to travel
