Location: Germany (flexible work location)
Join us to drive and accelerate the growth of Schneider Electric’s KNX business! In this position you will focus on the most attractive market segments and cultivate strategic partnerships with system integrators, contractors, and bring end user opportunities to direct sales teams.
Your IMPACT
- Analyze market segments and develop a multi-channel strategy
- Actively prospect KNX projects, qualify leads, and secure project bidding and winning
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators and contractors
- Identify large infrastructure or building market opportunities for KNX, build relationships with key decision makers to champion KNX adoption in projects
- Work with country sales teams to develop compelling proposals that highlight the unique value proposition of KNX and negotiate and close KNX sales

Your profile
- Several years experience in sales, business development, or related field in home/building automation using KNX technology
- In-depth knowledge of KNX technology and its competitive advantages
- Proven track record og building and managing successful channel partner networks
- Familiarity with opportunity pipeline management and tendering process
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hunter mindset to identify, cultivate, and mature sales leads
- Fluent in German and English
