Stellenbeschreibung

Duties:

  • Responsible for the procurement, warehousing, and inventory management of admin supplies, as well as relevant purchasing procedures.
  • Regular checks on storage capacity at Company premises to ensure unbreakable daily operations
  • Responsible for office maintenance, such as regular stock checks, office cleanliness supervision, appliance and equipment checks, repair arrangement etc.
  • Responsible for supplier liaison, e.g. cleaning team, repair companies, suppliers etc, ensuring prompt feedback is communicated and improvement is actioned.
  • Responsible for communication with property management team and timely reporting of office equipment faults, such as light bulb failure and water pipe leakage, etc.
  • Responsible for the distribution and registration of administrative items (e.g., work badges, uniforms, stationary etc.) for new hires.
  • Responsible for managing the company's access control, such as visitor access and registration.
  • Support the HR related Works
