• You set the technical direction by analyzing, guiding and making key technical choices within projects while ensuring sustainability and high quality of our solutions
• You mentor and develop the team, conducting technical training and fostering professional growth
• You think innovatively and explore solutions beyond your immediate area of responsibility
• You collaborate closely with Software Architects to design solutions that fulfill user and customer needs
• You lead implementations of new functionalities by independently developing new functionalities or by managing a team of software developers
• You serve as a technical sparring partner for customers, offering insights and guidance
• You drive continuous improvement by enhancing the quality and efficiency of software implementation
• You provide clear technical direction to top management and contribute to shaping the product vision

Qualifikationen

• You have a minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience proven by corresponding qualifications and a strong track record of leading successful projects
• You have strong programming skills and expertise in multiple programming languages, accurately estimating software development tasks
• You have experience in software prototyping and design, with an advanced understanding of software design principles and patterns
• You guide technical choices and architecture with a strategic mindset while fostering collaboration, mentorship and innovative problem-solving
• You lead with a collaborative and inclusive approach, driving continuous improvement and innovation in product development
