Our team is responsible for providing support on HR life cycle and benefits administration for our employees. We foster a culture focused on employee experience excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” support and advise on questions/requests from employees, leaders and/or HR partners.

Partner with the best

As a HR Shared Service Advisor, you will work within the HR Shared Service In Country Team located in Celle and you will be responsible for:

• Administer the HR related employee lifecycle processes
• Providing customer service support
• Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area(s).
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements and employee experience.
• Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
• Ad-hoc support on projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have completed your bachelor studies or apprenticeship and have proven experience in HR
• Be able to speak fluent English and German and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have a client focus mindset
• Have passion in using new technologies in a professional environment
• Have experience using systems and tools such as Microsoft office package, Workday.
• Have previous experience working in HR, preferably in lifecycle
• Be able to recognize and switch among tasks to prioritize upon business needs
