Vacancy – Independent Cook | Amber Garden

Location: Van Heuven Goedhartlaan 15, 1181 LE Amstelveen, The Netherlands

Position: Full-time – 38 hours/week: 2,900 gross per month (With growth opportunities)

About the Role:

We are Amber Garden, a modern Asian restaurant in Amstelveen Netherlands, is seeking 4 independently working cooks (1).

Responsibilities:

-Preparing ingredients;

-Application of basic cooking techniques;

• Provides input for the composition and modification of menus , maps and methods;

-Responsible for stock and order management;

-Professionally managing auxiliary staff;

• Working with a professional supervisor.

Requirements:

• MBO level 3 working and thinking level (vocational education equivalent);
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
• Knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu.
