Stellenbeschreibung/Job discription/Descrizione del posto

• Verantwortlich für die Zubereitung hochwertiger Grillgerichte mit Schwerpunkt auf Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse
• Organisation und Leitung des Grillpostens inklusive Mise-en-Place und Arbeitsabläufen
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Frische und einer ansprechenden Präsentation der Speisen
• Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards gemäß HACCP
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Posten für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
• Responsible for preparing high-quality BBQ dishes focusing on meat, fish, and vegetables
• Organizing and managing the grill station, including mise en place and workflows
• Ensuring quality, freshness, and appealing presentation of dishes
• Complying with all hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP
• Close cooperation with other sections to ensure smooth operations
• Responsabile della preparazione di piatti alla griglia di alta qualità con focus su carne, pesce e verdure
• Organizzazione e gestione della postazione barbecue, compresa la mise en place e i flussi di lavoro
• Garantire la qualità, la freschezza e una presentazione curata dei piatti
• Rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie secondo lo standard HACCP
• Collaborazione stretta con le altre partite per garantire un servizio fluido

Requirements/Anforderungen/Requisiti

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Koch/Köchin
• Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Grill/BBQ mit
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, qualitätsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst
• Du bist belastbar, teamfähig und zuverlässig
• Du beherrschst mindestens eine der folgenden Sprachen auf B2-Niveau: Deutsch, Englisch oder Italienisch
• You have completed vocational training as a chef
• You have solid experience in grilling/BBQ
• You work in a structured, quality-oriented, and responsible manner
• You are resilient, a team player, and reliable
• You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
• Hai completato una formazione professionale come cuoco/cuoca
• Hai una solida esperienza nel settore griglia/BBQ
• Lavori in modo strutturato, orientato alla qualità e responsabile
• Sei resistente allo stress, collaborativo/a e affidabile
• Possiedi una conoscenza di almeno una delle seguenti lingue a livello B2: tedesco, inglese o italiano
