Your Profile, Your Conviction

• You have an above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, mathematics or a comparable course of study.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the area of business process optimisation, process automation and/or process mining.
• You were significantly involved in the development and expansion of an RPA Centre of Excellence and were able to lead process optimisation and automation projects to success as a project manager.
• The smart combination of process mining, RPA and AI/ML for the full exploitation of optimisation potentials are a matter of course for you.
• You have strong consulting and communication skills, and you use your analytical abilities to solve complex problems for the client.
• You are a true team player - virtual agile teams that manage complex projects require a strong team and not individual fighters.
• You have a high level of written and spoken German and English and can communicate in other foreign languages if necessary
• You enjoy the creation process and have a high level of customer orientation
• Your profile is rounded off by your experience in innovative collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA), methods (e.g. Scrum, Lean Start-Up) and the latest technologies.
• Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to travel are a matter of course for you
