DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email. 
    Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up (e.g., calling assigned leads within minutes of receipt). 
    Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with the most effective and tailored advertising solutions. 
    Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers to drive measurable business outcomes. 
    Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor campaign performance and success metrics. 
    Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance. 
    Direct clients to appropriate specialists or support teams when additional expertise is required. 
    Continuously enhance the customer experience by promoting optimal and effective use of advertising products.

 
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluent in Italian or Spanish or Polish or Czech & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both orally and written
  • Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in customer services experience
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
  • Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
  • Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
