This role involves working in a live studio environment, interacting with online users and delivering a smooth, engaging digital experience. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and host interactive online sessions
• Provide a professional, engaging experience for users
• Maintain high service and presentation standards
• Participate in internal activities and initiatives
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Report operational issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Requirements

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Fluent Hindi
• Conversational English (B1 or above)
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including weekends and holidays)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
