• Drive digital growth: Take ownership of our Webshop and App performance, shaping strategies that boost e-commerce share and revenue across our markets
• Collaborate internationally: Work hand-in-hand with our country teams to create seamless customer experiences and unlock new growth opportunities
• Lead impactful projects: From initiation to execution, manage projects that transform our digital landscape, while tracking KPIs to measure success
• Align stakeholders: Coordinate and collaborate with business functions, IT departments and leadership to ensure e-commerce initiatives are fully aligned with company goals
• Empower teams: Develop training programs and resources that elevate skills and enable teams to leverage state of the art e-commerce tools, features & functionalities
• Build communities: Create and nurture e-commerce communities that drive operational excellence and encourage collaboration
• Facilitate knowledge sharing: Organize workshops and meetings that inspire teams and foster best practices across our regions

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in Business Management, Sales Strategy, Marketing or a related field
• Digital expertise: Solid experience in B2B e-commerce and online sales, with a passion for creating customer-centric solutions
• Project leadership: Proven track record in managing complex projects within dynamic digital environments
• Strategic mindset: Ability to think big-picture while executing with precision and agility
• Industry knowledge: Background in B2B retail/e-commerce in international organizations is a strong plus
• Positive energy: You bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude that motivates those around you
• Self-starter: Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively and delivering impactful results
• Strong communicator: Skilled at building relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse teams
• Connected and curious: You stay ahead of trends and actively engage with internal and external digital communities
