For our location in Cologne, we are looking for support as a working student in customer service (m/f/d) – International customers (on site)

Your new job:

• Interface between our headquarters and our customers
• Handling customer enquiries primarily in writing, occasionally by phone
• Providing support with issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

What you should bring with you:

• You are enrolled as a student at a German university
• Native-level foreign language skills (at least, for example, French, Italian, Dutch or Spanish)
• Strong customer focus; initial experience in customer service is an advantage
• You are available to start soon
• Good German or English skills are required for communication within the team
• Self-organisation and a structured way of working
• Team spirit
