We are partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit a Business Development Manager B2B.
In this role, you will take full ownership of sourcing and sales operations, driving partnerships with retailers, leasing providers, and manufacturers to expand the company’s market presence. Your Role

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B go-to-market strategy in the DACH region, including planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Full Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team, fostering an environment of growth and success.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with retailers, manufacturers, leasing companies, and fleet operators.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Secure optimal terms for the company and foster long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.
  • Performance Optimization: Track and improve key KPIs such as pipeline velocity, ROI, win rates, and customer retention.
  • Sales Operations: Design and implement scalable sales processes, CRM workflows, and operational frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams locally and globally to align on business goals and ensure success.
Your Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B sales and buying, ideally within e-mobility, SaaS, logistics, or leasing sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Expert negotiation skills, with a consultative and solution-oriented selling style.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in CRM systems, KPI tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Native-level fluency in German and excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Passion for sustainability, mobility, or the circular economy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and drive results.
