Contract Type: fixed term contract – 6 months with possibility to be extended

 Tasks: 

With enthusiasm and professionalism, communicating with travelers by phone, chatting, and email making them feel heard and appreciated.

• Manage their hotel and flight reservations or car rentals.

• Protect travelers' confidential data so they know their data is in good hands.

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken, at least C1 level).

• English skills at B2 level for communication within the team and during training.

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

 • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Friendly and professional demeanor towards customers.

Benefits:

• Fully paid training program in English – 12 weeks, while 4 of them – practical training

 • Salary: PLN 10 000 gross

• Full-time employment contract

 • Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours daily including a break.

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 9:00–18:00.
