Our client is a globally leading company in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
With 35 subsidiaries and business operations in over 100 countries, the company is one of the market leaders in its field. To continue the sustainable and solid growth of recent years, we are seeking, on behalf of our client, at the earliest possible date, a Account Development Specialist (m/f/d) – EMEA (Polish)

Tasks

• Active contribution within an international sales team to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Identification and development of business opportunities within a diverse customer portfolio
• Implementation of strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
• Promotion of digital processes and initiatives to enhance efficiency in sales
• Close collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management
• Analysis of market and customer data to derive new sales opportunities
• Participation in trade fairs and customer events to drive business development

Requirements

• Initial experience in international sales, account management, or a comparable position
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn new tools
• Excellent in English and Polish; additional European languages are a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset
• Basic understanding of technical products and market trends
