For our Global IT division at our headquarters in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are looking for you as soon as possible.

As IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation, you will drive international transformation initiatives and lead complex IT projects that shape our global digital landscape.

Your Tasks

• Lead and manage international digital transformation projects end-to-end
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in close alignment with stakeholders
• Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, and status reports; conduct risk analysis and monitor progress against milestones and budgets
• Take full ownership of time, budget, quality, and risk management
• Coordinate and steer cross-functional and international project teams, including internal and external consultants
• Drive digital initiatives based on strategic technologies such as SAP S/4, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
• Manage vendor integration where applicable, including tracking and reviewing deliverables

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, International Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in IT project management supported by a strong IT background and deep technical understanding
• Experience with international business processes within the FMCG industry (e.g., Sales & Distribution, Logistics, Production)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics to senior management
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high level of independence
• Professional proficiency in English and German
