Job Description

• Herstellung von Brot, Brötchen und weiteren Backwaren nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen.
• Produktion von frischen Backwaren in den frühen Morgenstunden.
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Frische und ansprechender Präsentation der Produkte.
• Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards im Arbeitsbereich.
• Kontrolle und Vorbereitung der benötigten Rohstoffe und Zutaten.
• Reinigung und Pflege der Backstube und der Arbeitsgeräte.
• Production of bread, rolls, and other baked goods according to given recipes.
• Preparation of fresh bakery products in the early morning hours.
• Ensuring quality, freshness, and attractive presentation of products.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the workplace.
• Control and preparation of required raw materials and ingredients.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the bakery area and equipment.
• Elaboración de pan, bollos y otros productos de panadería según recetas establecidas.
• Producción de productos frescos en las primeras horas de la mañana.
• Garantizar la calidad, frescura y presentación atractiva de los productos.
• Cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
• Control y preparación de las materias primas e ingredientes necesarios.
• Limpieza y mantenimiento del área de panadería y del equipo de trabajo.

Requirements

• Du hast mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bäcker.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst.
• Du bist bereit, in der Frühschicht von 02:00 bis 10:00 Uhr zu arbeiten.
• Du verfügst über einen gültigen PKW-Führerschein.
• Du sprichst Deutsch, Englisch oder Spanisch.
• Du bist teamfähig, belastbar und qualitätsorientiert.
• You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience as a baker.
• You work independently, reliably, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are willing to work the early shift from 02:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• You hold a valid car driving license.
• You speak German, English, or Spanish.
• You are a team player, resilient, and quality-oriented.
• Tienes al menos 3–5 años de experiencia profesional como panadero.
• Trabajas de manera autónoma, responsable y confiable.
• Estás dispuesto a trabajar en el turno de madrugada de 02:00 a 10:00.
• Posees un permiso de conducir válido.
• Hablas alemán, inglés o español.
• Eres una persona orientada a la calidad, trabajas bien en equipo y eres resistente al estrés.
