Your Responsibilities:

• Professional handling of incoming requests via phone, chat, or email
• Reviewing and moderating content on social media platforms (videos, images, audio)
• Ensuring compliance with community guidelines
• Identifying and removing non-compliant content
• Structuring and analyzing user data to improve service quality
• Documenting all customer interactions in the service database
• Solving issues using targeted questions and internal knowledge bases

Your Profile

• Dutch at native level (C1–C2)
• Good English skills (minimum B2)
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management skills
