BLISSAIR GmbH is seeking a dedicated full-time employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our Bocholt location.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of charter flight quotations, considering operational constraints
• Management and coordination of flight simulator bookings
• Strategic flight planning
• Direct communication with clients
• Coordination of scheduled flights with the Operations Department
• Drafting and managing contracts
• Administrative processing of orders

Additionally, you will support our team in the following areas:

• Travel planning and coordination for flight crews in accordance with internal travel policies
• Ad hoc crew scheduling, balancing crew satisfaction and cost efficiency
• Daily optimization of crew planning, including activation of standby crews
• Short-term adjustments and updates to duty rosters in compliance with legal requirements
• Close collaboration with internal departments (Sales, Dispatch, Flight Operations)
• Administrative tasks including data entry and system maintenance
• Preparation of overviews, statistics, and reports

Your Profile

• Experience in aviation industry sales or a comparable qualification (international sales)
• Strong IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
