Review and process incoming legal requests (e.g. Legal Requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification)

Understand and remain up to date with client's policies and guidelines. Review the request within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.

Back-office Position, not client facing.

1. C2 German + B2 English level
2. Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
3. Moderation of written content - usually related to potential fraud or copyright infringement.
4. No previous experience required
5. Good understanding of KPI'S; metrics FCR, SLA, CSAT
6. On-site, LACS Santos, Lisbon

• Initial Screening + Ops Round Interview and Written Language Assesment + HR interview
• Annual salary 14.000€
• Language bonus 235€/month
• 7,63€/ working day paid in meal card (net amount) Yearly target bonus 720€
• Salary approx 16,800€/year (base + bonus)
• Health Insurance & Life Insurance & Family Plan (Spouse/legal partner and children)
• Permanent contract. 2-month training agreement + 1 year FTC w/ 30 days probation. Admin support to get the NIF and NISS necessary to work in Portugal.
• Assistance in finding house according to the needs of the candidate Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle
