Task

• Support in the oversight and further development of the Service Provision Management System (Quality Framework)
• Work in an interdisciplinary project team to maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, especially the part Quality Management System according applicable standards (ISO, etc.) and contributing to aquire the ISO 27001 certification
• Active contribution to the maintenance of ISO 9001 certification and follow-up of related compliance requirements
• Support in the preparation and implementation of ISO 27001 certification, including initial compliance assessment, gap identification, and planning of required corrective actions
• Preparation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of related documentation (e.g., procedures, process descriptions, reports, presentations)
• Support in the definition, implementation, and monitoring of dependability, reliability, and availability programs, including the application of RAMS models in conjunction with ILS data and maintenance of the RAMS baseline

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• Professional experience in the field of aerospace, aeronautics, information security, product and/or quality assurance is required
• Ideally, practical experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS), including relevant tools, methodologies, and continuous improvement approaches
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and their application within management systems
• Knowledge of implementing and overseeing program quality frameworks within complex programmes (e.g., EGNOS, Galileo) and maintenance of associated oversight documentation
• Strong capability in dealing with international partners and customers, combined with confident negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent English language skills and good proficiency in German
• Willingness to undertake a moderate number of business trips within Europe

Purpose

Supporting EU space programmes in actively contributing to the maintenance of ISO 9001/ 27001 certification, preparation and maintenance of other certifications with regard to industry standards of large organizations and following up their requirements.
