You’ll make an impact by

• Collaborating with stakeholders to shape Entra ID security architecture at Siemens
• Serving as a senior sparring partner for the Siemens Tenant Backbone organization, driving identity governance, conditional access, privileged access, and secure B2B/B2C patterns
• Defining and evolving Azure security architecture and co-creating cloud security roadmaps
• Shaping secure adoption patterns for Microsoft Copilot solutions and establishing AI Security Posture Management standards
• Monitoring AI risk trends and translating them into platform requirements
• Driving data security with Microsoft Purview, including IRM and DLP
• Providing executive-ready risk transparency

This is how you'll win us over 

• **Education: **Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Experience & Skills: 
  • 10+ years of professional cybersecurity experience with proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Zero Trust, and strong Azure cloud security
  • Advanced experience with Copilot, Security Copilot, and Copilot Studio
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including IRM and DLP
  • Familiarity with ISO270xx series and other security standards such as NIST, SOC2, and IEC 62443
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, Microsoft Certificiations) are a plus
  • Ability to identify security gaps, define actionable roadmaps, and align with corporate cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise risk management
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work across departments and with senior leadership
• **Ways of working: **Analytical, problem-solving attitude with strong decision-making abilities and a growth mindset
• **Languages: **Business proficiency in English
