KG., you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with customer requirements and aviation standards for assembly and maintenance services. Tasks
- Maintain an EN/AS9100-compliant QMS by collaborating across departments and acting as an internal consultant to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support internal and external system and process audits in line with EN/AS9100 and customer requirements; serve as liaison with certification authorities and manage nonconformities through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Conduct training related to EN/AS9100, TAI Hamburg quality procedures and customer supplier quality requirements.
- Coordinate departments to maintain personnel competency matrices. Identify and communicate skill gaps to responsible team members.
- Engage in nonconforming product/process investigations, MRB decision and corrective action studies.
- Conduct data validation, statistical data analysis, and presentation of Quality metrics as part of the QMS for manufacturing.
- Perform other duties as required to develop and drive the business of TAI Hamburg forward.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with EN/AS9100 standards, quality assurance, and improvement tools preferred; knowledge of root cause analysis and engineering specifications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including integrity with the ability to interact with management, customers, and other departments at all levels of the organization.
- Organized and attentive to details with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including SharePoint.
