Position Overview
FrontWell Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support the broader team in our Bad Vilbel office. You will play a key role in keeping our consulting environment efficient, organized, and welcoming for both colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office logistics, scheduling, and facility management.
- Support HR and Finance teams with document control, travel, and expense processing.
- Maintain office inventory, vendor coordination, and internal resources.
- Assist with meeting setup, event organization, and visitor management.
- Contribute to administrative projects and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Vocational training or degree in Office, Business, or Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Strong computer literacy across MS Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
Working Conditions
Based in Bad Vilbel, Germany, with at least 3 days onsite per week.
