About the Role
For one of our international clients operating in the renewable energy sector, Adecco is looking for an Energy Support Specialist – Italian Speaker (m/f/d) to join the Residential Energy support team in Berlin.
You will work in an international environment and provide high‑quality customer support for innovative energy solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone and written channels
- Assist customers with Residential Energy products and inquiries
- Accurately document cases and interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Prioritize and escalate support cases when required
Your Profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude
- Strong interest in renewable energy and technology
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
Language Requirements
English - fluent level
German– fluent level
