About the Role

For one of our international clients operating in the renewable energy sector, Adecco is looking for an Energy Support Specialist – Italian Speaker (m/f/d) to join the Residential Energy support team in Berlin.
You will work in an international environment and provide high‑quality customer support for innovative energy solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone and written channels
• Assist customers with Residential Energy products and inquiries
• Accurately document cases and interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Prioritize and escalate support cases when required

Your Profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude
• Strong interest in renewable energy and technology
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage

Language Requirements

English - fluent level
German– fluent level
