Your Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative student assistant to support the development and execution of our social media activities. This role combines content creation, visual production, and performance tracking to strengthen our visibility in the B2B market.

You will play an active role in identifying content opportunities, developing ideas, and helping drive our social media presence forward. You should enjoy spotting stories in everyday business and occasionally taking the initiative to capture them yourself—whether through photos or short videos.

Your Responsibilities

Content Planning & Story Development

• Contribute to the editorial calendar and ensure consistent social media activity
• Develop ideas for posts around products, applications, installations, trade fairs, and company activities
• Write engaging captions, short texts, and headlines for social media and blog content
• Identify relevant stories and topics from daily business operations

Platform Management & Publishing

• Plan and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Adapt content to different platforms and target audiences
• Ensure a consistent visual style and tone of voice

Photo & Video Content Creation

• Select and prepare images from the company’s media library
• Capture photos or short videos of products, installations, or company activities when relevant
• Create simple visual content (basic editing, short clips, reels)
• Support the production of short product or instructional videos

Community Interaction

• Monitor comments and messages across social media channels
• Support interaction with followers and relevant industry accounts
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and visibility

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor key KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Maintain simple reports and performance overviews
• Suggest improvements based on data and insights

Campaigns & Visibility

• Support campaigns related to product launches, trade fairs, and promotions
• Assist in structuring follow-up activities to increase awareness and traffic
• Contribute ideas to expand overall social media reach

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, or similar)
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Creative eye for visuals and storytelling
• Comfortable with basic photo/video creation (smartphone is sufficient)
• Structured and reliable working style

Language Requirement
Our social media channels are in English. Therefore, a confident and solid command of written English is required.
