In this role you will take on the operational and commercial leadership of MYKITA’s B2B sales, with a strong focus on execution, performance management, and day-to-day business across Europe as the core market and the growth regions EEMEA and LATAM. You will ensure rigorous operational excellence, drive sales performance, and actively manage MYKITA’s international partner network. You steer and lead a diverse sales setup, including internal sales managers as well as external partners such as distributors and sales representatives. The position is based at the MYKITA HAUS in Berlin-Kreuzberg and requires regular international travel to key markets. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is an integral part of this role.
YOUR TASKS
- You ensure strong commercial and operational management of MYKITA’s international B2B business. You take full ownership of sales performance, revenue growth, margins, and target achievement, based on clearly defined KPIs.
- Across your regions, you steer and control international sales activities. You implement rigorous performance monitoring and conduct regular business reviews with distributors, key accounts, and sales partners.
- By building and developing strong relationships, you establish key customer partnerships, support contract negotiations, and maintain close day-to-day collaboration with key accounts, optical chains, and strategic partners.
- Through regular travel to key markets, you support partners and strengthen customer relationships. You ensure consistent on-the-ground execution and drive the implementation of joint market and growth plans.
- You lead, develop, and challenge a team of sales managers. In doing so, you foster a high-performance, accountable, and execution-driven sales culture.
- In close alignment with Demand Planning and Supply Chain, you take ownership of sales forecasting and planning. You ensure high accuracy at market, product, and customer levels and support the effective coordination of production and delivery processes.
- In close collaboration with the Global Director B2B Sales, you contribute to the strategic direction of B2B sales and translate strategy into concrete actions. You develop market opportunities, partners, and growth initiatives, drive sales initiatives and go-to-market execution.
- You ensure consistent brand positioning and adherence to sales policies across all markets and actively steer their implementation within the partner network.
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of successful experience in an international B2B sales leadership role form the foundation for this position, including full responsibility for commercial performance, operational execution, and sustainable, profitable growth. Experience in the eyewear or fashion industry is a plus.
- A strong track record in managing and developing global distribution networks and key account structures sets you apart.
- Demonstrated capability in sales forecasting, performance management, and data-driven decision-making is essential.
- As a hands-on leader, you combine a strong execution mindset with excellent leadership skills and team orientation, enabling you to build and develop high-performing teams and lead from the front in day-to-day business.
- A high level of ownership and intercultural competence, along with a strong willingness to travel, supports your success in this role.
- You communicate fluently in English, and additional languages are considered an advantage.
